How do I transfer photo

I need to transfer photos from my phone, Galaxy G7 to this computer, how do I do this? I haven't found any info after attaching USB

Set the USB mode to MTP or camera. It'll pick up and the OS will ask if access is OK. Also try different USB ports and cables

On your phone in the settings -> storage -> USB Storage -> change to enable
Otherwise the USB on the phone will only charge the battery.

Thank you so much for your advice. Although I couldn't follow your advice,
no ref to 'USB storage' found, I did find in Cloud 'start match' which led
to 'Transfer your data' which I've followed and will now be able to effect
my transfers.
