Difference in files and folders of computer desktop and desktop folder in home

Files and folders in my desktop folder and the same on the desktop have different right-click drop-down menu. When I right-click a folder on the desktop folder I can find 17 items and for a file it is 13 while the same folder and file on the computer desktop shows only 8 items in the right-c;lick menu. How can I fix this problem?

What you write does not make sense.
The package nautilus-actions does not exist for Ubuntu focal, see https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nautilus-actions

Actually I don't know the correct package name. My question is about files and folders. So it might be nautilus. I have changed the package name.
