Wlan is hardware blocked in ubuntu for hp laptop

After installing ubuntu 20.04 in my hp 15r 062tu it is showing airplane mode is on by hardware blocked. Now after toggling physical button also same problem persists. I have tried all tricks available but no result. Please help

I suggest that you start with the diagnostic guide in https://help.ubuntu.com/community/WirelessTroubleshootingProcedure with the only deviation that in step 3 you should not create a new question document, but please paste everything into this one which you have already created.

It was at the beginning. But now I have installed it fresh with secure boot on.

Turn the airplane mode off [toggle switch] to have WiFi.
You can open a terminal and type: nmcli r wifi on

Toggling physical button says "hardware airplane enabled"

There must be either a hardware switch to enable/disable WLAN, or a Fn+Fx key combination for switching it on/off.
Please see the documentation of your hardware.

I have tried but nothing works...also tried to cover pin 20 of my hp wifi card..but nothing...wifi works absolutely fine in Windows but is not working for ubuntu..

Now I have done dual boot..but before that I installed normally also but situations are same. I am hopeless now.. Previously I was using ubuntu 14.04 everything was fine...
