21.04 Desktop RPi4 no focus on windows / can't type

After the first boot, everything works fine.
The only thing I customized is the german keyboard layout and localization.
After installing the latest updates and a reboot, I can't type in Firefox or terminal window as the window doesn't get focused.
The keyboard is working and I can login with my password.
