Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS: Сonnecting a specific monitor leads to system freezing

Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS

I usually work with two monitors connected via Displayport and one monitor connected via HDMI.
Today at the next start of the system hanged at boot screen.

If I disable one specific monitor, the system boots successfully. Moreover, if I connect this monitor while the system is running, everything will freeze.

What could be the reason?
