Everytime changed sound source after sleep

I had this problem from Ubuntu 16 to Ubuntu 20.04.
Every time when my PC goes to sleep, OS change sound input wich i choise manualy in settings (i choise HDMI output) to SPDIF.
And every time i need goes in sound settings and change this option. It`s very stupid.Very annoing, and i dont know why this problem exist in 2021. Please look at this problem. Maybe its not "ubuntu" problem, then please forward this problem to devs.

I know i can find how to fix it manualy, but i think it might work out of box. If user changed sound input OS must remember his choise, and dont change it after reboot\sleep etc.
