installer vlc sur ubuntu17.04

je suis dans l'imposibilité d'installer VLC sur mon PC , il bloque a chaque fois sur instalation 100%

comment faire ?

Support for Ubuntu 17.04 has already ended three years ago, see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases
You have to upgrade to a supported Ubuntu release.

I suggest wiping the old install and doing a clean install of Focal (Ubuntu 20.40). This is LTS and supported until April 2025
