HP Z4 G4 7TB Raid volume become less than 2TB in Ubuntu 20.04

When we try to configure RAID 1 mirror data disk (7TB) in HP Z4 G4 bios, then we start to install the Ubuntu 20.04 into the another single SSD. After installation completed, we found that :

1. Ubuntu ONLY can show the software RAID less than 2TB with 7TB mirror.
2. We try to remove the configuration and recreate by dmraid command, but the volume still can't create more than 2TB

Did you set this to MBR? MBR has a maximum size of 2Tb and may explain the limit
