new 21.04 installation ,greyed out use Active Directory at the who are you page

Asked by Michael Peters on 2021-04-23

downloaded the 21.04 .iso, installed it on a test box.. connected to my testbed, with a AD on the testbed.
during the installation, st the "who are you?" page, the use Active Directory is greyed out.
googled, and searched the Ubuntu 21.04 official doc.. but could not find anything on this.
also, once its installed, can't seem to find a why to get back to that option.. without reinstalling the OS.
Thanks

I suggest you setup the OS then add the system to the domain in terminal. Does this work OK?

Sorry, i don't know how to do that.. I did find some steps : https://www.server-world.info/en/note?os=Ubuntu_20.04&p=realmd
i will try that and let you know.
