Ubuntu not starting correctly after deleting some packages

Hi,

I have ubuntu all working fine in the first time
After deleting packages reboot my ubuntu and not starting correctly

They ask me password encrypted : I put it ok

And after black screen

So I download repair boot

 I have check it now i dont have a backup

Why do you not have backups? Is your data not valuable or important to you? What if drive IDE fails? Where is your data then...
