How to change Top Bar colour

Ubuntu 20.04

The top Bar color is black and I have difficulty of reading text and seeing the icons
I want to change for better color I can’t find on Ubuntu the way to change the color.
Is there a way to achieve this?

Changing themes is not the answer for me, on changing a theme the Top Bar does not change
with same colour of the theme like the on 16.04 version.
What I want is changing the Top Bar colour from black to lighter colour.

Found how to change Top Bar color, Show Applications > Tweaks > Extensions > Dynamic Panel Transparency.
