nvidia issue about hdmi sound?

Did soneone that boot windows 10, get issue with nvidia HDMI sound, normaly its works better with ubuntu than windows 10 GTX 1080 TI but after to boot windows 10 first its get issue with ubuntu also so what can issue be? can issue from windows 10 switch to ubuntu?

How to failcheck hdmi from ubuntu did some apps works to confirm issue?

Sounds like Windows is holding the device. If you boot to Windows then shutdiwn the OS rather than hibernating it or restarting. Does it work OK then?

Yes but some times i get issue.

Did you know its some issue with nvidia drivers?
I also see in linux mint is:

nvidia driver 460
version 460.56-0ubuntu0.20.04.1

460.32.03-0ubuntu0.20.10.1

But its find newer driver: https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/172376/en-us

may its because poor gpu cooling or other things?
