Fingerprint GUI how to use in ubunut\kubuntu

    sudo add-apt-repository ppa:fingerprint/fingerprint-gui
    sudo apt-get update

2. Install the packages:

    sudo apt-get install libbsapi policykit-1-fingerprint-gui fingerprint-gui

Get issue its can not be installed on 21.04?

The PPA doesn't support your release of Ubuntu so achieves nothing. I suggest you remove it

But what is replacement for it? I have fingerprint tools usb and on clevo laptops and asus laptop its only works now on windows 10.

There is a fingerprint login feature in 20.04 under Settings->Users->Authentication & Login. Is it present in Hirsute?

Only works on clevo laptop. Bus 003 Device 010: ID 1307:1171 Transcend Information, Inc. Fingerprint Reader did this support or not?
