Can I install new Ubuntu 20.04 in UEFI mode, if I already have installed it on the same server in Legacy BIOS mode

I am trying to do the re-installation of Ubuntu 20.04 on the HPE DL325 Gen10+ server in UEFI mode from custom ISO (Kernel, Ramdisk, ESP).

Previously that server was in Legacy BIOS mode and Ubuntu 20.04 exists already on it.

After Grub2 starts booting process the screen freezes and shows only red non-blinking underscore.

What do I need to do to enable new OS instance to be installed propperly?
