Setting Sudo password for Ubuntu for Windows?

I have Ubuntu for Windows 10. I am trying to install some things that require sudo permission. I am using Ubuntu as an administrator. I do not know my sudo password. How do I set this? I tried my windows password (after resetting my windows password due to forgetting it), and the windows password did not work. Thank you.
