AMD Radeon R9 M375 Ubuntu focal 20.04 screen tearing and turns black

I recently installed Ubuntu focal. I understand that the current kernel witch comes with it contains the open source drivers, radeon and amdgpu. Although for some people it work out of the box for me that is not the case.

VGA : ASUS R9 375 OC 8GB
Monitor: Benq xl2411
