Simple enough. Download Debian file using the link on the right hand side of the page, extract the archive then run install.sh in a terminal (you'll need to use the 'cd' command like in Windows to change to the folder with the file in.)

Thank you for quick answer.
Still got a no-go :
abunaijiji@abunaijiji-dynabook-TX-68H:~/TR9530/cnijfilter2-source-5.70-1$ chmod +x. /install.sh
chmod: 無効なモード: `+x.'
meaning => the '+x' mode is not active or on operation.

I don't know how to deal with this.

Thank you for your help.

Thank you.

Something still does not work correctly.
Got the following answer:
abunaijiji@abunaijiji-dynabook-TX-68H:~/TR9530/cnijfilter2-source-5.70-1$ chmod +x ./install.sh
chmod: './install.sh' にアクセスできません: そのようなファイルやディレクトリはありません
which mean:
"cannot get access to chmod: './install.sh, there is no such directory of file"

May be the following may help:
Checking the ....../cnijfilter2-source-5.70-1 directory there are two sub folders named : cmdtocanonij2 and cmdtocanonij3
both of these folders have inside a file named "INSTALL"

Sorry to bother you,

Thank you.

If you run:

ls

you should see 3 folders "documents", "packages", "resources"

Next to that is "install.sh".

You need to use "cd" (just like in Windows) to change to that directory first. Then run it. You can't just run commands with file names in and expect the shell to know what you mean. If the "cnijfilter2-5.70-1-deb" folder is in ~/Downloads then you will need to run:

cd ~/Downloads/cnijfilter2-5.70-1-deb

Note that Linux is VERY case sensitive so the capital D for Downloads is important. I don't know why you have the source file. The link you gave has deb files in it that will install the driver for you. I just downloaded it to check the contents.

Thank you.
The downloaded file is in the TR9530 folder.
Extraction has been done form there and a subfolder named cnijfilter2-source-5.70-1 has been created.
Then getting in and doing ls:
abunaijiji@abunaijiji-dynabook-TX-68H:~/TR9530/cnijfilter2-source-5.70-1$ ls
README cnijbe2 debian lproptions scripts
cmdtocanonij2 cnijfilter2.spec doc ppd tocanonij
cmdtocanonij3 com lgmon3 rastertocanonij tocnpwg
 no subfolder such as INSTALL.
As mentioned previously checking the ....../cnijfilter2-source-5.70-1 directory there are two sub folders named :
cmdtocanonij2 and
cmdtocanonij3
both of these folders have inside a file named "INSTALL"

I am pretty new in the Ubuntu world sorry to bother you.

I used your link in your original post and got totally different files. I'd redownload using that.

Using the button

HTTP
ダウンロード

below "deb" on https://cweb.canon.jp/drv-upd/ij-mfp/linux-pd-20182h-570.html downloads a cnijfilter2-5.70-1-deb.tar.gz file, not something with "source".
Unpacking that file gives directories "documents", "package" and resources" and an install.sh file. That is what you need.

Try downloading again.

Now pending because apparently impossible to detect the printer => Bluetooth connection issues.
My machine is a Toshiba TX/68H. (11 years old...)
Will work to fix that.
