Saved file of SweetHome3D is not opening.

I have installed a SweetHome 3D from the Ubuntu software.
After working on it, it could be saves as SH3D formate. But it is not opening again!
Why so?
What to do?

What exactly happen when you try opening?

Whenh I double click it, it just opens a folder showing list of some 3 or 4 sub files of unknown type and one Home.xml file having Type XML document.

Can you start sweethome3d and open the file using the menu inside that program?

In menu inside the program there are TWO options:

1) File > Open > then select the file. -----> Fikle opens
2) File > Open recent home > name of the file appears AND Erase menu. -----> selecting the file name it opens

This way the file opens.
But not opening directly (by double clicking) from its location.
Also not showing option of SH3D in "Open with other application"

Now I am getting option of SH3D in "Open with other application"
