monero don't run

I downloaded monero 0.17.1.9 - Oxygen Orion.
Halfway through synchronization, I turned off the program. The next day I wanted to continue but monero doesn't start at all.
I have ubuntu 20.02 lts

The program monero 0.17.1.9 is not in the Ubuntu or Debian repository. How did you install this program.

My suggestion reinstall and complete the full installation, restart your computer.
