RE: I can't turn my LivePatch On No More....

I need your help with fixing this problem.
I have screenshots for your reference. But can't upload here/
I felt like someone attacked my network and deactivated my LivePatch and activate it on a virtual device so that it will stop working on mine. I only have one device so I don't understand what the message is about. I'm nervous and I need your help.
My account is associated with this email address i am sending you from. Can you please help?

This is the message i get from the system everytime:
