Mise à jour GRUB Version 2

Système Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS sur PC 64bits

Lors d'une précédente MàJ du GUB, mon PC ne démarrait plus. Je crains, si j'installe la version 2 GUB, que se produise la même chose.
La version est-elle fiable ? Et si ça "plante" que faire ?

If you boot to live USB/CD desktop you can reinstall GRUB to the disk. This may help
