portforwarding

OK,first of all I appologize for my english..second I dont even know am I on the right place..third and most importing:I must to fix ports in my router but I cant because I cant find my router on the list in the portforwarding and than I try to say them that they put my router on the list but they want password and my login ID that they can login but I dont know pass and login ID and I asking someone CAN YUO HELP ME??I search pass and loginID for my router...router is SMC,manufacture is arcadyan technology corporation,and on my router write DSL EasyBox A 401..well,can enyone help me?!?!

You need the manual for your router (If I understand you correctly) to get the username and password for your router. Once you have this you can connect with your browser and configure the port forwarding.

yes,but where I can find manual??or I need first to find pass and login and then I'll go to portforwarding.com to section request and ask them can they add manual for my router on list..but i can't do this before I find out my pass and login ID because when I go to 'request' I need to know them because they cannot make manual for my router whitout pass and login ID of my router..

I didn't get you clearly.But I am just guessing.

If you want to get into your router,type 192.168.1.1 in your address tool bar.You will be asked for username & password.Type admin for both (which is the default username & password).Now just follow the procedures given in portforwarding.com
