Due to licensing restrictions "Google Chrome" has to be named chromium-browser, and that is already available in Ubuntu.

For steam you have to look at the repository for steam https://repo.steampowered.com/steam/

And for Roblox: apparently the providers do their best to prohibit installations on linux operating systems. Maybe https://www.techwalla.com/articles/how-to-get-roblox-running-on-ubuntu helps.
