Ubuntu 20.04 Desktop: Interface of "Setup" doesn't work in "live" mode

all programs work under UBUNTU 20.04 LTS properly, but the setup-menu does not appear (all in "live-mode).
What is the reason?

Did you MD5 test the ISO you downloaded?

What is the "setup menu' please? How do you access it, normally?

no, I did not MD5 test the ISOfile; but on another pc the "setup-menu"
works properly!

Replying to the automated email and attaching a file doesn't work. If the attachment is an image then please use imagemagick or similar to make a URL of the image and add that as an update
