I can't connect my headphone with bluetooth on ubuntu 20.4

HELLO -- I have problem, i can't connect my headphone with bluetooth , when I turn on the bluethooth, I can't see any devices, knowing that my headphone and my phone are turned on the bluetooth, I think the problem on ubuntu ,please are there any sollution.
