can not download ftp file

trying to compile the audio drivers and can not get this file to download

(try: 4) => `drive....12rc2.tar.bz2'
Connecting to ftp.alsa-project.org|160.217.9.25|:21... failed: Connection timed out.
Retrying.

The server does seem to be struggling or is down. Try again in an hour or so. If you still have an issue, then direct an email to the alsa project who will be able to better help you with any connection issues on their servers.
