how to fix Ubuntu is randomly freezing.

We run new OS Ubuntux64 desktop ver20.04 or 20.10 but have a problem freezing randomly
i run application remote vmware horizon only and install add-on gnome-tweak for hidden icon
and have startup application vmware horizon auto on
*connect 2 monitor is freezing but connect 1 monitor is normaly.*
**issue screen, keyboard application stop running all
but have a mouse at moving must press button power on computer for shutdown**

CPU i7
Ram 8 GB
HDd M.2 512
2 Monitor.

please help for fix issue.
