Problem while Install Ubuntu alongside Windows Boot Manager (UEFI)

Hi I am having issues while installing Ubuntu I am unable to see my Hard drive (500GB) SATA instead it shows my usb drive from which I am currently running Ubuntu. I have tried 4-5 times but everytime I am facing same problem.
Please Help me as I am new to linux and a student but I am passionate to excel in linux

did you reboot from Windows or did you power off then cold boot. Windows reboots do not always release the hardware to enable "fast boot".
I assume you have resized your NTFS in Windows to make free space for Ubuntu.
Can you help with this problem?
