I can't open configuration window

Hello, I update to ubuntu 20.04 yesterday and i can't open configuration window. When I click in the botton left to see all the apps it doen't appear. I can't either open wired network configuration in top right of the desktop.
What should i do??

I had Ubuntu 18.04 and i use those commands to update:
sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade
sudo do-release-upgrade -d
