I've lost the Hyperlink setting How to restore?

A recent clean up of my laptop has resulted in a missing Hyperlink facility, A Missing Shotwell digital photo editing programme and a severed connection to my printer.
Any help would be welcome.

lsb_release -a; uname -a; apt-cache policy shotwell
