I cannot use meet from google or Zoom in my xubuntu machine

Whenever I try to use these programs the machine freezes. I also have the same problem when I wake up the machine after I send the signal to suspend.

I would like to attach a photograph from the monitor when I try to join zoom or meet.

If you use a hosting service like imageshack or similar then post the URL then we can click it and see the image
