Cant boot in kubuntu

Help, i cant boot into my kubuntu, the grub is blue and i am stuck at a black screen where in the top right corner there is "^@". Does someone know how to fix? The issue came after i hard turned off my pc when it was freezed after opening an app, i just holded down the power button. Please help me

I suggest you boot to the Kubuntu media and use the live CD / USB desktop to run an fsck on your internal partitions.
