The specs are OK and its an AMD64 CPU. Grab the ISO for Ubuntu 20.04 (the LTS and transfer to a USB stick or SD card using Rufus / Etcher).

I recommend using the torrent:
http://www.releases.ubuntu.com/20.04/ubuntu-20.04.1-desktop-amd64.iso.torrent

But HTTP downloads are possible:
http://www.releases.ubuntu.com/20.04/ubuntu-20.04.1-desktop-amd64.iso

You can then boot to the install media rather than the internal drive and install Ubuntu.

Be sure you back up all the data you want on the current OS so you can restore it in the new OS. You may be able to setup a dual boot (Depending on the OS you have currently). If a dual boot is desired and Windows is the OS that you have now theh resize the NTFS in Windows and leave the space unpartitioned (Ubuntu installs to Ext4, not NTFS).

Again, back up what you want on the current install. If your data isn't important then you don't need to backup anything

Can you help with this problem?
