Juju and Charm

My issue is:

I have already created my free account and installed my Juju. I have deployed my controller and model and can access the web interface with admin cridentials.
The next step is to deploy anbox cloud: juju deploy cs:~anbox-charmers/anbox-cloud-core –overlay ua.yaml

I keep getting an error saying cannot resolve charm url. Followed by accessed denied for user …

How can I solve this issue?

I would really appreciate the help.

My suggestion is to file a Bug Report. I looked through all of the JUJU bug reports none were exactly the same as yours.
Open a terminal & input: ubuntu-bug linux This will start Apport and collect other information to go with your bug report.
