Muting sound in VLC also mutes sound in default Videos application

I have strange bug in Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS
If I open some audio or video in VLC app and mute sound by clicking "Mute" button (bottom left), then close VLC and open another video/audio file with ubuntu's default Videos app the sound is still muted and I'm unable to turn on sound until I turn it on in VLC.
My actions:
1) Open some audio/video file on VLC media player
2) Mute sound by clicking "Mute" button
3) Close VLC
4) Open another or the same audio/video file with default Videos app. Sound is not working.
6) Close Videos app. Open some audio/video in VLC. Unmute sound. Open some audio/video in Videos app. Sound is working.

I made a mistake in description. "Mute" icon is on bottom right not bottom left.

What is the output of:

lsb_release -a; uname -a; apt-cache policy vlc

If you make a fresh Ubuntu user and log in as it, does the same happen?

I created a new user logged in but the bug is still present.

ubuntu has to set this bug its disturbing everyone here i also have a problem with this bug and still not find the solution that how to manage it virtually bcz i dont know why ubuntu is not responding to our feedbacks i am reading some articles to manage this types of bugs on https://bestcoffeemaker2021.us/
