I delete file, icon trash is not clen.

I delete a document, this icon of desktop is not clean!

To empty the Trash on the desktop double click that icon. It will open Trash -> Click on the document to be deleted -> Top right corner of screen Click - Empty -> It will display- Empty Trash - Click . . Then trash is emptied.
You can refer to the desktop guide for 20.04 will be the same for 20.10.
