ITunes doesn't run on Ubuntu. Until Apple support the OS you won't get iTunes on anything but MacOS and Windows.

I've seen ifuse around but not used it. I don't use Apple stuff due to poor Linux support as well as a host of other reasons. Maybe it'll help
