Scrolling issue in Ubuntu Core 18

Good afternoon! I downloaded and installed Ubuntu Core 18 on my desktop. Everything works great, except for one moment related to scrolling. When scrolling up on the mouse, it scrolls down in ubuntu and vice versa; if you scroll down on the mouse, it scrolls up in ubuntu. The problem is definitely not with the mouse, because I tried to connect different ones from different manufacturers. In ubuntu desktop and the server - it can be turned off easily, but according to Core the information is 0. Help, please, because the site cannot be viewed (viewed in chrome), for this only Core was installed.
