Apt-get install mkdocs keep re-downloading fonts-lato 2.0.2

Hello !

I tried to install mkdocs but the install is stuck at "Réception de :1 http://fr.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu focal/main amd64 fonts-lato all 2.0-2 [2 698 kB]"
i have my term full of this precise line, and he keeps downloading it.
I tried to stop and restart the install but it didn't worked

Well actually it is doing it on a lot of packages, i tried to apt-get update of it does the same with
Réception de :33 http://fr.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu focal-updates/universe amd64 c-n-f Metadata [5 644 B]

What is the full output of:

sudo apt update; lsb_release -a; uname -a

uname -a
lsb_release -crid
LANG=C sudo apt update
LANG=C sudo apt upgrade
LANG=C sudo apt install mkdocs

Nevermind, my problem was coming from the firewall's antivirus !
