Converting to question because filesystem errors are causing filesystem to be remounted as read-only, and that is causing errors in the bug report.

[ 964.667173] EXT4-fs error (device sda4): ext4_validate_inode_bitmap:99: comm dpkg: Corrupt inode bitmap - block_group = 16, inode_bitmap = 524304
[ 964.717342] Aborting journal on device sda4-8.

You are already experiencing filesystem corruption on a fresh install. That's not good. You need to checc the filesystem (fsck) before it is mounted: https://www.linuxuprising.com/2019/05/how-to-force-fsck-filesystem.html

If you continue to experience issues with the filesystem being remounted read only, it's possible you used a corrupted install image, have a disk/drive going bad, or other hardware issues.

Can you help with this problem?
