USB in Virtual box not working in 18.04

I did the sudo adduser USERNAME vboxusers . . And re started window and Virtual Box Still no USB shows up and I added a filter into the USB . . Normally I get the Item showing up. under Devices and go down to USB and click on it . . but nothing there to click on . . Have added guest Additions and the extension pack Still NO USB even added USB drivers to windows

Never Mind Windows need drivers . . forgot about that . . had the file on a DVD for installing 3.0 USB and after install it was working
Keep for getting its Windows stuff nothing works in it . .
