Custom resolution and black bars on side

Ubuntu is not showing my default resolution so i added a custom resolution (1360x768) using xrandr but that resolution is in 16:9 aspect ratio which shows black bar in my monitor my monitor is Samsung S19F350HNW can i set custom resolution in 4:3 ratio or another way to solve this problem
