Not able to hear from my headphone,when plugged to the front panel

I am not able to use the Front panel and had tried everything. The Alsamixer headphone bar doesn't show up. I am not able to use my front panel to hear anything from my headphone, but the back panel works. Could anyone help me with this, please?
