Ubuntu 19.04 is not supported any more, see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases

Is this a new installation, or do you have data stored on that system that you want to keep?

The most reasonal solution is a new installation of Ubuntu 20.04 LTS (supported until April 2025).
If you want to keep data, you should create backup copies to an external medium first for restoring afterwards.
