External monitors not connecting - Intel Graphics 630

Asked by lauren

I just set up dual-boot on my Dell Optiplex 5060 that came with Windows 10. I never had issues with my monitors on Windows. Now that I'm in Ubuntu (20.04 LTS, Kernel 5.4), the main monitor works but the second and third are black. I've tried googling for hours and haven't been able to detect the issue. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I am very much looking forward to getting my Ubuntu station up and running. thanks!
