system reboot via ssh is not working in buntu20.04

In ubuntu20.04 when we reboot system via ssh it is not coming up. Is this a known issue? The same works in ubuntu 18.04 without any problem.
Could anybody confirm this issue.

Do you mean the system is not rebooting back up?
How are you initiating the reboot please?

Can you iLO or view the VM’s console in VI to see what’s going on/watch the reboot happen?
