Intel Driver not working on Thinkpad P52

I have Ubuntu 18.04 on my Lenovo Thinkpad P52, the battery works for about an hour and I have already changed it several times. I think that there is a problem with the drivers. When I go to Software&Updates > Additional Drivers the Intel Driver is not working and I think this is why the battery drains so fast. I don't know how to manually install drivers or how to fix this problem

Make sure you have the latest BIOS?
The system is quite new. You may benefit from upgrading to the latest LTS rather than 18.04.......
