Sorry for not getting back to you earlier, but it has been really crazy few days
I tried to press CTRL+ALT+F1, but the screen keeps displaying black and eventually goes directly to load game and it won't allow me to type the command
So, I decided to use the Linux tool in the Hirens disk and lunch the terminal feature in it and type the lsb_release -a; uname -a; lsusb command and below is the information it displayed

If not, what command should I type to insert the driver in the right folder, using this tool

Sorry Manfred, I thought I was adding to my previous question, which is

I have a computer that works on an arcade game and the onboard parallel
port stopped working, so I need to install a parallel pci card and its
driver but I can't access the operating system
