How install latest version of Gparted from iso

When trying to install the latest version of Gparted. I am asked to choose a destination.

I can see that two of three destinations are grayed out. That only leaves me with one to choose from. My HDD

If I choose that one and only destination will this have any adverse consequences?

You won't pick a location to install GPartEd. The deb file contents go where they go.

How are you "Installing GPartEd"? Please and in what OS?
