wifi not working

I am new to ubuntu and i attempted to change my theme to catalina and during the process for some reason my wifi is no longer even showing up and I can't see any wireless networks. I can only connect with wired network. I am using an older 2013 macbook pro. Please if anybody has experienced this i need help fixing this issue.. thank you

Probably some Broadcom thing knowing Macs.

If you can use a wired connection (it's a mobile PC so very easy), you can get full updates which will help some
